This blog is a friendly way to communicate with everyone concerning the Williams-Spouse Family Reunion. As you may already know, the family reunion will beheld as follows:
When: Thursday August 5-8, 2010
Where: Omni Hotel in Downtown Atlanta
Atlanta, Ga
Our cousin Sharon Williams is the Communications Coordinator for the reunion, but the NJ family have created our own "team" to try to ensure that everyone in the NJ area would be able to attend.
We had our first meeting on October 4 and in that meeting we discussed the costs and ways to minimize those costs through various fundraisers. I know it's hard to with the holidays coming up, to schedule our next meeting, but we should try to schedule atleast one meeting in December, so when the new year come in our efforts could be more focused on what we need to do.
I am thinking either the first or second Sunday, let me know what works best for you guys!
